Engineering / Development & production

From a working prototype to a product you can deliver.

Bring a development requirement or an existing prototype. We agree the scope of hardware development, production preparation and assembly around what your project needs.

Where we contribute

Real requirements. Defined deliverables.

Your project does not have to start from scratch, or be handed over in full. Start with its current state and the work you need us to take on.

01

Hardware development

Discuss the application and technical requirements, then develop custom electronic modules and hardware within the agreed scope.

02

Prototypes and validation

Use prototypes and tests to assess the agreed requirements and identify work needed before production.

03

Production preparation

Clarify materials, assembly and verification needs to turn a prototype design into actionable production arrangements.

04

Production and assembly

Organize manufacture, assembly and delivery against the confirmed design and quantities. Agree inspection methods and deliverables within the project.

Working with us

Align first. Develop with a clear scope.

  1. 01

    Understand the starting point

Share the application, existing prototype or documentation, target volumes and problems to solve.

  2. 02

    Define the work

Agree tasks, deliverables, project stages and the information each team needs to provide.

  3. 03

    Progress in stages

Develop and validate as agreed, confirm production requirements and arrange manufacturing and delivery.

Engineering + Supply Chain

A finished design also needs a supply plan.

For products going into ongoing production, discuss component purchasing, lead times and stocking. Our supply services are also available independently.

Before we start

Can you work with an existing prototype?

Yes. We first review its current state and remaining work, then assess the development, production preparation or manufacturing tasks we can take on.

Do I need to buy from the shop first?

No. You can approach us directly with an engineering requirement. The use of available products depends on the technical and purchasing needs of the project.

What should I prepare for a first conversation?

An application description, available documentation or prototype information, expected volumes and timing. Incomplete information is fine for an initial discussion; agree confidentiality arrangements before sharing sensitive material.
